Medical marijuana patients in Canada can legally use all forms of cannabis, the Canadian Supreme Court has ruled. The court ruled that prohibiting possession of non-dried forms of marijuana is “contrary to the principles of fundamental justice because they are arbitrary; the effects of the prohibition contradict the objective of protecting health and safety”.

Canadians who are eligible can now have cannabis infused edibles and tinctures. Cannabis oil is also legal which replaces dried marijuana for baking. Edibles are used by many patients suffering from conditions such as insomnia, IBS, Crohn’s, Arthritis & ADD.
